STOPPING A POLICE STATE Prof.
Francis Boyle, University of Illinois Law School, drafted articles
of impeachment against Bush, Cheney et al. in January, 2003.
Since then, Boyle notes, "it's
gotten much worse." Boyle exposes the role of the Federalist
Society in the Bush administration and their part in
creating a police state through Patriot Act I and Patriot Act II. He
discusses the International Criminal Court (ICC) case being prepared
against Blair and others in the British government for aggressive
war on Iraq.
Britain was a signer of
the International Criminal Court. The Bush administration knowingly
repudiated Clinton’s signature
as an ICC member, cognizant of its own plans for an unprovoked
attack on a UN member (Afghanistan and then, Iraq) and didn’t
want the ICC breathing down their necks, Boyle observes. Bush,
Cheney, Rumsfeld et al. will likely be indicted in the ICC trial as accessories to Blair’s crimes. Prof.
Boyle comments on the Impeach
Bush campaigns. Who
in Congress will bring impeachment charges against this rogue
administration?

Thursday 10 April 2003
A BBC television producer, moments before he was wounded by an
American fighter aircraft that killed 18 people with "friendly
fire", spoke to his mother on a satellite phone. Holding the
phone over his head so that she could hear the sound of the American
planes overhead, he said: "Listen, that's the sound of freedom."

RAMSEY CLARK:
"REGIME CHANGE NEEDS TO BEGIN AT HOME!" Washington D.C., OCT. 26, 2002: "Billions and billons for killing, mass killing. Who has the weapons of mass destruction? We do...This is not a democracy, it is a plutocracy. The people don't rule here. Wealth rules. Corporations rule. They rule the Congress. They elect the president. They run the Pentagon. They own the media. What's right? We know what's right. We just don't stand up. Let's liberate the USA. Let's make it stand for decency."

The U.S. Constitution provides the
means for preventing George W. Bush from engaging in a war of aggression
against Iraq, and from advancing a first strike potentially nuclear
